Contact BaanScope
BaanScope is run from Bangkok, Thailand. Email is the only channel — there is no call centre and no sales line, and every message goes to the person who builds the site.
General enquiries
Write to info@baanscope.com for anything about the site, the data or the guides. That address reaches Cesar Rodriguez directly. Expect a reply in English; Thai is also fine.
Reporting a data error
Corrections are the most useful mail we get. Send the project URL and what is wrong to info@baanscope.com. Every listing is re-verified on the next scheduled scan, so a developer-side change propagates within days on its own; a verified correction to something we got wrong ships with the next data refresh, and substantive fixes to guide articles carry a visible "Updated" date.
Press and media
Journalists should use press@baanscope.com. Market statistics, charts and methodology notes are free to cite with credit to baanscope.com, and ready-made figures are collected on the press page. Requests for a specific cut of the data are welcome and usually quick to answer.
Data, licensing and machine access
Aggregated datasets are published at https://baanscope.com/data as CSV and JSON under CC BY 4.0 — no permission needed, attribution the only condition. Automated clients can start from https://baanscope.com/llms.txt for an overview of the site and https://baanscope.com/openapi.json for the machine-readable description of the public endpoints. If you need a cut that is not published, ask.
Developers shown on the site
If you work for a developer whose projects appear here and something is inaccurate, mail info@baanscope.com and it will be checked against your own public listing. Note that listings cannot be removed on request: the site republishes public information from developer websites, and what it shows is what the developer publishes.
